Proactive ground services ltd was founded by the company director Liam Nasseri in 2019.
After over 15 years working as a construction site supervisor and manager. He decided it was time to be the director of his own company. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength. Starting off as a one man band. Proactive now employ 30 full time members of staff.
The company specialises in ground and property maintenance for commercial clients. Some of our clients include large facilities management companies, schools, universities, retail sector and care homes. One of our key attributes is that we believe as a maintenance company: we should be available when ever the clients may need us no matter the day or time. We feel that this is one of the key strengths as maintenance company. While some companies may shy away at 3am in a snow blizzard. Proactives clients can rest assured that we will be on site should they need us.
